I think it’s safe to say that parents with children who are part of a marginalised group or minority, are right to be worried about teachers having guns.

I think it’s safe to say that any parent with common sense is afraid of their child’s teacher having a gun. Cause although minorities are more likely to face intentional abuse by teachers, everyone still is at high risk for accidents.
