as someone whose not a citizen of the eu, but still concerned about the impact of article 13, what can I do to help?

One thing you can do, and idk if someone else has already said this, but you can sign this petition: https://www.change.org/p/european-parliament-stop-the-censorship-machinery-save-the-internet?utm_source=share_petition&utm_medium=copylink&utm_campaign=share_petition which is okay for non EU citizens to sign. Another thing you can do, is spread the word! Meeting your friend for coffee? Tell them what’s going on, and ask them to sign the petition! Scream on social media!
