I can accept the existence of millionaires mostly because, in the long run, I know that millionaires can not sustain a life on simply a million dollars. A million dollars is simultaneously a lot of money and not enough money to never work again in your life.
Billionaires, on the other hand, literally have A THOUSAND million dollars. A billion is literally such a bigger number than million and for some reason the general public has let themselves believe that they’re just another zero away from each other or something. That it’s a comparable accumulation of wealth when in reality, someone with 1 million dollars has nowhere near the same spending power or wealth as someone with 1 billion dollars.
People who have the ability to accumulate a billion dollars have gamed the system and taken advantage of others to get there. It is an unnatural amount of money for any individual to possess.
